Pedal and Pose: Your Pick as Best Place to Work Out

The fitness studio at 50 Beharrell St., in West Concord was the top pick in this week's Best of Patch Readers' Choice poll.

This week’s Best of Patch Reader’s Choice poll asked readers to identify , and one place simply outpaced the rest of the field.

, located at 50 Beharrell in West Concord tallied 110 of 146 total votes – despite not being added as an option until Wednesday afternoon.  Pedal and Pose also won the comment section, where it earned six of the eight reader-generated comments.

“Absolutely, Pedal and Pose in West Concord,” wrote Patch reader Yonina Goorno. “By far the best workout experience I've ever had. They offer the most original, unique and varied classes around. The owner is extremely skilled and talented and creative! Best of Concord hands down.”

The varied programs and “awesome” classes were a recurring theme with the comments.

“Where else can you experience spin classes, boot camp, boxing, real ryder bikes, TRX, Kettle Bell classes , body pump, one of the only computrainer programs in the Boston area, friendly competent caring instructors, and a pay as you go financial arrangement all in one location,” asked commenter Nick Grigorieff. “The answer is nowhere!”
