Hammond Agent Cheryl Stakutis Earns Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) Designation

Concord, MA- -January 20, 2014 – Kurt Meehan, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Concord office, recently announced that agent Cheryl Stakutis has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation from the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

To achieve the SRES® designation, Stakutis completed extensive coursework and passed the required examination.  The SRES® designation recognizes real estate agents who demonstrate the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.

Cheryl Stakutis is a lifelong resident of Lincoln and Concord who was raised in a real estate development family. Her father was one of the first major condominium developers in the Boston area and her brother is an active builder/developer of luxury custom houses in Weston and the surrounding towns. Stakutis has been licensed to sell real estate since 1985, and during her career she has marketed and sold over six pre-construction and new condo developments.
