OBITUARY: Ronald Lee Baker


Ronald Lee Baker, 68, of Concord, died Sunday October 27, 2013 in Concord.

                Born in Arlington on November 27, 1944 he was the son of the late Stillman H. Baker and Evelyn (Bingham) Baker. He attended Concord-Carlisle High School.

                Mr. Baker served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

                A long time electrician in the Concord area, he was an avid golfer and sportsman.

                He is survived by his two brothers, Robert D. Baker and his wife Nancy of Acton and David S. Baker and his wife Sharyn of Concord, several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.

                A graveside service with military honors will be held on Thursday November 7th at 11 am at the family burial plot in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, Bedford Street, (Rte 62), Concord. Officiating will        be Rev. Dr. John C. Lombard, Senior Minister of Trinitarian Congregational Church in Concord.

                Concord's town flag will fly at half-staff on Thursday November 7th in recognition of Mr. Bakers service to his country during the Vietnam War.

                Arrangements are under the care of Charles W. Dee and Susan M. Dee, Dee Funeral Home of Concord.
