Five Things: LWV Forum for Concord's State Rep Candidates

A quick look at what you need to see, do and know today in Concord.

1. 14th Middlesex State Representative Candidates' Night: State Rep. Cory Atkins, D-Concord and Michael Benn, the Concord Republican challenging for her seat, will appear at a League of Women Voters candidates forum at 7:30 p.m. tonight at Willard Elementary School.

2. Question the Candidates: There's still time to submit your own questions for Atkins and Benn. Voters can suggest questions for the forum moderator to ask by emailing questions@lwvcc.org. The deadline for emailed questions has been extended to 5 p.m. today, Oct. 17.

3. Today in Public Meeting: According to the town website, public meetings posted for today include the Minuteman High School Program Advisory Board at 6:30 p.m., the CCHS School Advisory Council at 6:30 p.m., the Natural Resources Commission 7 p.m. and the White Pond Advisory Committee at 7:30 p.m.
