Monday, Feb. 28

9:30 a.m. Police investigated a one-car crash into a tree on Monument Street and Balls Hill Road. No injuries.

2:03 p.m. Police issued a summons to an Ayer man on charges of operating with a suspended license, no sticker and a lights violation.

7:57 p.m. Police investigated a burglary on Wright Farm Road. There was forced entry through a basement widow, and a computer was taken. Police noticed footprints in the snow.

Tuesday, March 1

8:31 a.m. A car was stuck in a snowbank in front of the . AAA was en route.

8:55 a.m. Police issued a citation to a juvenile operator restriction violation.

12:22 p.m. A car was cited for blocking the fire lane at 's main entrance.

1:32 p.m. Police issued a summons to a Peabody man on charges of operating an unlicensed vehicle with a brakes violation.

2:19 p.m. Police took a report about a plow damaging a mailbox and granite post on North Branch Road.

5:21 p.m. Police investigated the crash of a bus with children on board and a SUV in the rotary. No injuries reported. Driver of bus cited for failure to use care in stopping.

Wednesday, March 2

7:27 a.m. Police spoke to ice fishermen using a gas powered auger on conservation land at White Pond.

2:02 p.m. Police responded to a report of an assault at a Baker Ave. Extension business.

4:43 p.m. A caller reported a large rock rolled off a stone wall on Lowell Road partially into the travel lane. Police unable to move rock. Police placed cones by the rock and asked the homeowner to move it.

Thursday, March 3

2 a.m. Police issued a summons to a Concord man on charges of operating with a suspended license and no sticker.

8:49 a.m. Police responded to an accident on Main and Elm streets with no injuries. Paperwork exchanged.

5:40 p.m. The animal hospital called police to say a passerby had dropped off a dog found on Main Street and Baker Ave. with no ID tags. Dog officer picked up the dog.

Friday, March 4

1:12 a.m. Police arrested a Plainville man at Papa Razzi restaurant on charges of OUI liquor, 2nd offense.

8:53 a.m. Police responded to a traffic complaint where a caller said the drop-off at Willard School was blocked by another car.

10:40 a.m. Police investigated a crash on Sudbury and Oxbow roads with no injuries. One motorist cited for stop sign violation.

5:36 p.m. Police investigated a two-car crash on Old Bedford Road and the Bedford town line. Two wreckers and an ambulance responded and transported one person to Emerson Hospital.

7:57 p.m. A caller reported an injured, possibly dead, dog on Old Bedford Road, but it turned out to be a coyote and was put down. The public works department removed the animal.

8:57 p.m. Police issued a summons to a Concord woman on charges of possession and distribution of a class D drug; and a Concord man on charges of possessionand distribution of a Class D drug.

Saturday, March 5

10:27 p.m. Police responded to a report of a motorist that hit a deer on Harrington Avenue. Minor damage to vehicle.

Sunday, March 6

4:38 p.m. Police investigated larceny from s where cash and a camera were stolen from an employee who was serving customers.

8:17 p.m. Police arrested a Concord man on charges of OUI liquor and failure to use care in stopping, starting, turning and backing up.
