1st Annual Minute Man Arc "Transition Conference and Fair"

Join Minute Man Arc on April 5, 2014 for the first annual "Transition Conference and Fair."  This event is for parents/guardians who
are helping their loved ones with disabilities to achieve a smooth transition
from school into the adult world. We will be offering three workshops that will
address issues facing your families. Organizations that provide day program

options (vocational and day habilitation), recreational opportunities, legal and
financial services, residential choices, etc. will be represented that

day.
