Jewish Practice of Character and Spiritual Development: "Mussar" with Rabbi David Jaffe & Rabbi Matia Rania Angelou

Each of us has a unique soul and unique gifts to offer the world.  The Middot, or soul traits such as anger, patience, trust and humility are the lenses through which our soul expresses itself.  The ancient practice of Mussar draws on centuries of Jewish wisdom about human behavior and spirituality to remind us who we really are and help us to grow to live more connected, courageous and soulful lives.

In this one session introduction we will learn about the history and theory of Mussar as well as try out basic Mussar practices.  If there is interest we will create a multi-session Mussar practice group to follow the introduction.
