Milldam Nursery School Children's Concert
What could be a better way to spend a cold winter morning than with family, friends, and singer/songwriter John Fitzsimmons? This annual concert, put on by Milldam Nursery School, is a delight for both children and adults.
John and his band, winners of the 2003 Parent's Choice Award for Outstanding Achievement in Children's Music, have been keeping the folk music tradition alive in Concord for over 25 years. His concerts are a nostalgic step back in time to campfire days. Your feet will be tapping to the beat of his family-friendly music in no time!
Milldam Nursery School, located at First Parish of Concord, is a parent cooperative preschool founded in 1969 and serving children aged 2 years 6 months through 5 years old. Parents work with staff in the classroom and help with administrative duties throughout the schoolyear. All proceeds from the concert benefit Milldam’s enrichment programs.
