How Did You Sleep Last Night?

Neil Kruszkowski, Director of Cardiopulmonary/Neurology/Sleep Disorders for Emerson Hospital, will be discussing the elements and "architecture"  of a "normal" night's sleep. He will also talk about what can go wrong with sleep and the overall health effects of disordered sleep, as well as various common therapies. What changes in our sleep as we age and how  sleep testing is done will also be covered. Neil, a Registered Respiratory Therapist since 1979, is also a credentialed Sleep Disorders  Specialist.
