La Traviata

The Friends of the Performing Arts in Concord (FOPAC) will present a fully staged performance of Verdi's opera La Traviata at 51 Walden on June 6, 7 and 8, 2014. The opera, directed by Kathy Lague, will be sung in Italian, with English surtitles. The leading roles will be sung by Robin Farnsley and Ray Bauwens. Full chorus and orchestra will be conducted by Alan Yost.

All tickets are $25 and may be reserved on-line at 51walden.org or by calling 978 369-7911.The June 6 and 7 performances will begin at 8 p.m., and the Sunday matinee on June 8 will begin at 2 p.m. Musicologist Laura Prichard will give free pre-concert lectures an hour before each performance.
