Native Caterpillars

Naturalist-photographer Samuel Jaffe will present his photographs and discuss his work with native Massachusetts caterpillars. Highlights will include details on the fascinating defensive adaptations of caterpillars, and stories of how Sam finds, rears, and photographs these creatures. In addition, Sam will discuss how he has incorporated caterpillars into educational programming and curriculum across New England, in the hopes of fostering a new generation of aware and passionate naturalists. You can see and learn more about Sam's work at his website, Art of Survival.

Co-sponsored by the Friends of the Gleason Public Library and the Carlisle Conservation Foundation. Call 978-369-4898 to reserve your spot for this free presentation.
