Colonial Figure Skating Club's Preliminary Theatre on Ice team (National Silver Medalists) will be hosting try-outs for the upcoming competitive season. Theatre on Ice is a form of competitive figure skating which combines the grace of figure skating with the excitement of theater and dance. Programs are judged by regular U.S. Figure Skating judges and are evaluated on technical merit and presentation with emphasis on originality, costuming, artistry and musicality. Other benefits of being on a TOI team include: a chance to develop the dramatic side of ones skating, a chance to be a part of a team, a chance to travel both locally and internationally, a chance to make new friends.
Try outs will be held August 15th and 23rd from 2:30-4:00 pm
Requirements for Preliminary team: USFSA Basic 6 to FS 4 level
