Toby, the Corgi mix rescued by an area family, desperately needs back surgery to prevent paralyzation.
"He had a tough life as a young puppy and was abused/neglected resulting in him being rescued, fostered and eventually joining our family," writes Margaret McGrath Spencer Riley on her GoFundMe page. "Toby, aka Mr Mr Silky because if his incredibly soft coat, is such a fun [and] cuddly dog that he deserves to have a full life. please help us afford the necessary back surgery needed to prevent Toby from being permanently paralyzed."
