Ah, Thanksgiving.
It's a treasured time of family and friends and food and football that now also serves as a leisurely (for some) lull before the commercialized shopping frenzy of "Black Friday" and "Small Business Saturday." It's also a time when folks gather together and think about the things for which they are thankful.
In Concord, there's lots to choose from. A quick poll of men, women and children around the town's centers turned up answers aplenty: Good friends, good schools, local arts, new pets and Tom Brady, just to name a few. Local merchants, in turn, said they're thankful for the community, and the support from residents, friends and neighbors.
