2:24 a.m. - Police received a call seeing a car strike a deer on Rte. 2 west near Sudbury Road. Officers found the deer dead in the road in the breakdown lane. MassDOT notified and responded.
6:49 a.m. - Police received a call from a driver that there is a dead deer in the roadway, Rte. 2 eastbound prior to the rotary near the Acton town line. Deer was located off roadway on the left side of the high speed lane. Concord State Police advised, had already contacted MassDOT.
8:45 a.m. - Reports of suspicious bottle of Tide with duct tape found in the playground near the Willard School. Officers found the item belonged to a kindergarten teacher and was returned.
9:45 a.m. - Police received a call from the security department at Emerson Hospital about missing money, possibly involving an employee. A report was filed.
11:14 a.m. - Police investigated a motor vehicle accident after receiving 911 calls about a collision on Main Street at Thoreau Street. One operator was summonsed for driving without a license, the other for failure to use care.
1:46 p.m. - Reports of a break in to a motor vehicle the night before at Restoration Project Inc., 40 Beharrell St. Officers investigated, and report was filed.
2:05 p.m. - Resident reported he lost a saxophone which was left on the Concord School Bus #61 three weeks ago. Report filed.
2;17 p.m. - Police received a report about a driver driving erratically on Lowell Road and Westford Road. Vehicles dispatched and Carlisle Police also notified.
4:30 p.m. - Police received a 911 call reporting a minor, two-vehicle accident at ORNAC/Newbury Court. Drivers exchanged papers.
5:43 p.m. - Individual came into the station reporting past suspicious activity involving someone who has been spitting on his mailbox for the past year. The resident had captured the last incident on tape. Tape shows a jogger spitting on box. Patrols will check the area in the hopes of seeing the suspect jogging.
6:12 p.m. - A passerby reported a black bag was left on the bench on the inbound train platform at Concord Depot containing a pair of shoes. Officers responded and were unable to locate the bag.
7:39 p.m. - Meriam Road resident called to report seeing an unfamiliar vehicle standing in the area of Meriam Road and Old Bedford Road. Police were unable to locate.
10:47 p.m. - State Police contacted Concord Police to relay a report of a motorist driving erratically, ran a red light crossing Rte. 2 from Sudbury Road, and failing to stay within lanes. Officers responded to the area and checked from Monument Square to Rte. 2 but were unable to find.
