Late-Night Hubbard Street Drummer Agrees to Knock it Off

The following are excerpts from the Concord police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Sat., May 3

  • 2:30 a.m. A Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation staff member called police, saying a male patient was hitting staff and banging on other doors of patients. Police responded and discovered there was no actual assault. The patient agreed to undergo a mental health evaluation.
  • 6:02 a.m. A Marlborough woman was charged with unlicensed operation of a vehicle and failing to stop/yield on Old Road.
  • 9:14 a.m. A Waltham man was charged with unlicensed operation of a vehicle and an equipment violation following a traffic stop near Sudbury Road.
  • 7:36 p.m. A drunk driver was reported on Williams Road.
  • 10:52 p.m. A loud party was reported on Walden Street.
  • 11:22 p.m. A Hubbard Street resident called police, saying someone was playing drums. Police spoke with the offending party, who agreed to stop for the night.
Sun., May 4
  • 9:15 a.m. A lost dog was reported on Lexington Road.
  • 9:33 a.m. A car alarm was reportedly going off every 5 minutes on Newbury Court.
