Yikes! I'm always nervous about leaving my belongings on the shelf @ the Y ... not that anyone would want to steal my sad car or 1st generation iPod :) But honestly, I have to laugh because I'm at the YMCA to workout ... but I'm too lazy to walk in the locker rooms and use a locker. Also, it seems like with all the theft happening from inside cars, North Canton residents really need to be aware of 1) leaving valuables or things that appear valuable visible inside their car and 2) locking their car doors!

I am at the Y 3-4 days a week and I see keys everywhere. It would be easy to pick up numerous keys; take them into the parking lot and push the buttons until a car beeps its horn. Find one you like and drive away. Not happy with my car, I think I will start leaving my keys on the shelf.
