Police Log: A Drive-By Bottling
The following information was provided by the Concord Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Wednesday, July 10
9:16 a.m. – Lincoln Police reported an 8-year-old Ethiopian boy has been missing for about 30 minutes. According to the incident report, he has been in the country about a week and likes to visit the Walden Pond area. While units were en route to Walden, the boy was found by Lincoln Police off Baker Bridge Road.
2:05 p.m. – A Bedford Street resident reported a motor vehicle alarm sounding while parked at the Holy Family Church in Monument Square. The vehicle checked OK.

4:31 p.m. – A Wedgewood Common resident reported his unlocked motor vehicle was broken into the previous Sunday night and his radar detector was stolen.
5:25 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a suspicious motor vehicle driving slowly down Nimrod Drive before turning onto Elm Street, but were unable to locate the vehicle in question.

6:19 p.m. – A Maynard woman reported that, while biking down Main Street in Concord earlier, she was hit in the head by a water bottle tossed from a passing vehicle. The woman said she was uninjured, and did not wish to file a formal complaint.
10:06 p.m. – Police responded to a Lexington Road resident’s complaint about a vehicle parked in the National Park’s lot shining its headlights into her home.
11:05 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop on Barretts Mill Road, a Leominster man was cited for speeding and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
