Police Log: Accidents, a Missing Woman and an OUI Arrest

Monday, Jan. 13

2:10 a.m. – An officer radioed in to report checking on a black Ford Taurus parked at the Rotary Exxon. The driver checked OK, and though the station was open, according to the incident report.

6:44 a.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Walden and Thoreau streets, a Concord man received a verbal warming for expired registration.

7:59 a.m. – Police responded to an alarm activation at the Town House in Monument Square. It was confirmed as accidental.

8:47 a.m. – An officer on patrol radioed in to report a passerby stopped him on Lowell Road to report a woman with Alzheimer’s missing from a home on the street. The woman was located and checked OK.

9:18 a.m. – A Lowell Road resident reported possible vandalism involving damage to his lawn.

12:03 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Walden Street and Bristers Hill Road, a Framingham man was cited for an inspection sticker violation.

2:12 p.m. – A Concord woman called to report her wallet, containing cash, credit cards and her driver’s license, was stolen from the Beede Center two days earlier.

5:09 p.m. – A 911 call came in from the Papa Razzi restaurant reporting suspicious activity involving two possibly intoxicated females who had been refused bar service and were currently sitting in a handicapped spot in a vehicle. The responding officer reported the vehicle left the area, and eventually caught up and stopped the car on Barretts Mill Road. As a result, Patricia Ann Massicott, of 33 Hemlock Hill Road, Carlilse, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and marked lanes violation.

7:23 p.m. – A Bedford woman called to report striking a deer with her motor vehicle in the area of Lexington Road and Shadyside Avenue. The responding officer reported there was minor damage to the motor vehicle and the deer was deceased.

Tuesday, Jan. 14

8:27 a.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in Monument Square, a Westford woman was summonsed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle and no inspection sticker.

10:35 a.m. – A 911 hang-up came in from Laws Brook Road. The responding officer confirmed the calls were due to accidental misdials.

12:02 p.m. – An Indian Pipe Lane resident called to report a gray and red pickup had been parked on Powder Mill Road for a couple of hours. The responding officer reported the truck belonged to a man clearing land across the street.

1:03 p.m. – A woman called to report striking a gray Toyota in the Municipal Lot on Keyes Road while driving in the lot earlier in the day. The woman said she did not leave a note due to the rain, but attempted to provide the officer with information about the vehicle she struck. The responding officer was unable to locate the other car.

5:08 p.m. – A Southfield Road  resident called to report solicitation activity in the area involving a man attempting to sell windows and roofing. The responding officer located the man, who was working for Power Home Remodeling, and advised him of the town bylaw.

8 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 2 and Main Street, an Acton man was cited for unregistered motor vehicle.

9:58 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 2 and Sudbury Road, a Lynn man was summonsed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no inspection sticker.
