Police Log: Accidents, Alarms and Suspicious Activity

The following information was provided by the Concord Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, Nov. 21

6:55 a.m. – Police responded to an alarm activation on Captain Miles Lane. One basement window was found unsecured.

8:52 a.m. – Police responded to a reported motor vehicle accident in the Route 2 rotary. Officers assisted with the paperwork exchange.

9:27 a.m. – A call came in reporting a cement truck was losing part of its load on Route 2 by Baker Avenue Extension. An officer doing a detail at Concord-Carlisle High School reported the vehicle was losing water only, no cement.

12:43 p.m. – An employee from Trinitarian Church on Walden Street called to speak with an officer about a mustachioed man and a woman with a pony tail who were seen in areas of the church where they should not have been.

3:18 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident on Main Street.

5:26 p.m. – Multiple calls came in reporting a disabled motor vehicle blocking traffic on Sudbury Road by Stow Street.

6:30 p.m. – A 911 hang up came in from Newbury Court. It was confirmed as accidental by staff.
