1:51 a.m. – A Walden Street resident called to complain about a loud TV in the residence next door. Police responded to the scene and cleared after the radio was turned down.
7:16 a.m. – Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident in the area of the Fowler Branch Library in West Concord after a passerby reported a three-car collision on Main Street. One operator was transported to Emerson Hospital and one of the vehicles was towed from the scene.
7:51 a.m. – The school transportation department reported a two-car motor vehicle accident at the entrance to the Peabody Middle School on Old Marlboro Road.
9:32 a.m. – An Upland Road resident called in a traffic complaint about a yellow vehicle speeding up the street in the morning and afternoon, and failing to stop at Upland’s intersection with Pine Street.
4:24 p.m. – An Acton man came into the station to report a Concord school bus failed to yield on Lowell Street entering Monument Square.
4:34 p.m. – A Roxbury woman came into the station to report a past hit-and-run accident that occurred the previous evening at in the parking lot at MCI Concord.
4:63 p.m. – A cell phone caller reported a light blue Explorer was operating erratically on Route 2 east in the area of Route 126 and Bypass Road.
6:18 p.m. – A Harrington Avenue resident reported a small dog was on her property and then took off.
7:55 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop on Concord Turnpike near Baker Avenue, a Rockland woman was summonsed for operating with a suspended license, a number plate violation to conceal her identity and uninsured motor vehicle, and a Boston man was arrested on a warrant. Charles Julius Matthews, 27, of 87 West St., Boston, was arrested on a default warrant and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and failure to stop/yield.
9:58 p.m. – An officer radioed in to report a disabled motor vehicle on Sudbury Road near Route 2. AAA was en route and the owner planned to standby for the tow.
