Police Log: Accidents, Parking Complaints and a Passenger Arrested
The following information was provided by the Concord Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Monday, Dec. 31
1:22 a.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Union Turnpike and the Acton line, a Gardner man was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle with his license suspended.
1:54 p.m. – A parking complaint came in regarding an illegally parked vehicle blocking in her car at the municipal lot on Keyes Road.

3:05 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop, Patrick Andrew Sbordone Jr. of 75 Washington St., Apt. 1, Hudson, was arrested and charged with violating an abuse prevention order. According to the police report, a patrol officer stopped a motor vehicle by Valley Sports and a registration check showed the driver, a Maynard woman, had a restraining order against Sbordone, who was also in the vehicle.
6:12 p.m. – A motorist reported a motor vehicle was operating erratically on Route 2 eastbound near Walden Street. Police checked the area, but were unable to locate the vehicle.

9:29 p.m. – Sudbury Police called to advise of a motor vehicle accident on Old Pickard Road in Concord, near the Sudbury town line, in which a vehicle was trapped on a rock. A wrecker was called in for a tow.
