Police Log: Alleged Assaults Reported After the Fact

The following information was provided by the Concord Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, July 25

8:07 a.m. – Officers investigated a reported three-car motor vehicle accident in the area of Elm Street and Route 2, by the Light Plant headquarters. An ambulance was called to the scene for two people complaining of pain.

12:06 p.m. – A call came in from the Concord Free Public Library on Main Street reporting a loose dog in the area.

12:43 p.m. – An Acton man came into the station to report a past assault-and-battery that allegedly occurred on July 23 at the Concord Mews apartment complex.

12:59 p.m. – A Maynard man came into the station to report he was assaulted on July 10 at a Sudbury Road restaurant.

9:51 p.m. – Police responded to a report of the railroad gate arm stuck down at the Thoreau Depot and Sudbury Road.

10:02 p.m. – Police responded to a reported alarm activation on Monument Street.
