Police Log: An iPad, Communication Equipment and $1,000 Cash Go Missing

The following information was provided by the Concord Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Oct. 9

3:46 a.m. – A resident of North Great Road in Lincoln and CMLP customer reported a partial power outage on the premises.

8:16 a.m. – A call came in from the Town Manager’s Office reporting a stroller in the municipal lot near Chamberlin Park on Keyes Road. Police checked the lot but could not locate the stroller.

8:58 a.m. – A Hunter’s Ridge Road resident reported that, while driving on Old Road to Nine Acre Corner the previous Friday morning, his van door opened an a silver box with communications equipment fell out.

10:15 a.m. – A Crest Street resident reported $1,000 cash was missing from her house. The woman said she returned home the previously Friday evening and found a door ajar, but everything appeared in order at that time.

11:52 a.m. – Police responded to a Sudbury Road residence to investigate an alarm activation, which was confirmed accidental by the homeowner.

6:11 p.m. – Police responded to a 911 call form Concord-Carlisle High School that was confirmed as accidental.

10:08 p.m. – A Westford woman walked into the station to report her iPad was stolen from her vehicle while it was parked at the Papa Razzi restaurant on Elm Street between 7:15 and 9 p.m.
