Police Log: Bulls on Parade and a Scooter Driver Cited

The following information was provided by the Concord Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, July 7

12:37 a.m. – A traffic complaint came in reporting a silver Jeep operating erratically on Lexington Road into Bypass Road. Police monitored the area but were unable to locate the vehicle in question.

9:33 a.m. – Police responded to a report of loose bulls on the Minuteman Trail near Meriam’s Corner. The National Park Service was handling the situation.

10:25 a.m. – A Concord man reported finding two bank cards near the Middlesex Savings Bank on Main Street.

2:23 p.m. – An officer reported checking on illegally parked cars in the Hapgood Parking lot on Walden Street. The officer reportedly spoke to their operators, who moved the vehicles.

4:48 p.m. – A Concord man reported a maroon BMW passed his car at a high rate of speed on Powder Mill Road before turning right onto Old Pickard.

9:22 p.m. – Following the stop of a motor scooter on Old Marlboro Road, a Concord woman will be charged with operating after her license was suspended, operating a scooter after dark and operating a scooter with a passenger.

10:03 p.m. – A 911 call came in from Valley Sports in which a man reported his intoxicated girlfriend was there causing a disturbance. As a result, Colleen Marie Fenton, of 71 Hosmer St., Apt. 7, Acton, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
