Police Log: Crosswalk Violations, Motor Vehicle Stops and More
The following information was provided by the Concord Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Friday, Jan. 11
2:26 a.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop at Cambridge Turnpike and Lexington Road, a Lexington man was summonsed for uninsured motor vehicle and operating with his registration suspended/revoked.
8:58 a.m. – A Musketaquid Road resident called in a traffic complaint and requested increased enforcement for crosswalk violations in the downtown area on Main Street.

10:17 a.m. – An officer out on Strawberry Hill Road near the Acton line picked up a medium-sized black dog without a collar. Its owner called later to retrieve her pet.
5:33 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 2 and Walden Street, a Dorchester woman was summonsed for a motor vehicle lights violation and operating with her license suspended.

6:30 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a disabled motor vehicle at the intersection of Stow and Everett Streets. The vehicle was gone on arrival.
7:49 p.m. – A 911 call came in from Elm Brook Lane, and the caller began pressing buttons. A call back from the residence reported the call was accidental by a child.
