Police Log: Disturbances, Domestics and a Horse Running Down the Street
The following information was provided by the Concord Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Saturday, Aug. 17
5:48 a.m. – Police responded to a reported alarm activation on Lowell Road. The responding officer confirmed it was accidental by an employee on the scene.
1:54 p.m. – A College Road resident called to complain about a moving van blocking the roadway by College and Strawberry Hill roads.

2:08 p.m. – A Concord man came into the station and dropped off three sets of keys he found on Lowell Road by the bridge.
4:02 p.m. – An abandoned 911 call came in from the Best Western on Elm Street. Police checked the room from which the call originated, and it was vacant; there were no problems on the premises.

10:31 p.m. – A Simon Willard Road resident reported a party with loud music in the area behind his home. There was a post-wedding party on Barretts Mill Road, according to the incident report.
Sunday, Aug. 18
1:13 a.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Route 2 and Cambridge Turnpike.
9:07 a.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Thoreau Street and Sudbury Road, an Elsinore Street resident was cited for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no inspection sticker.
10:59 a.m. – A few 911 calls came in reporting a horse running down Old Road to Nine Acre Corner. The responding officer reported the horse was returned to its stable on Williams Road.
3:48 p.m. – A 911 call came in from Colonial Stores reporting a domestic in progress across the street, in which a white woman was screaming and swing her arms at a man before moving behind another business on Main Street. As a result, Danielle Teresa Catapano, of 20B Railroad Ave., Bedford, was arrested and charged with assault and disorderly conduct.
4:44 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a tall, white man dressed in green acting suspiciously on the front lawn at Orchard House before disappearing into the woods of Lexington Road.
10:26 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a female patient causing a disturbance in the emergency room at Emerson Hospital.
