Police Log: Guitar's Gone Missing
The following information was provided by the Concord Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Friday, Oct. 12
5:23 a.m. – A Peter Spring Road resident called 911 to report seeing someone outside with a flashlight, and that the burglar alarm sounded. Police checked the yard and residence, but found no suspicious person.
11:12 a.m. – An anonymous person found a wallet in the Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot on Sudbury Road and turned it over to an officer. A driver’s license, $300 cash and credit cards were found inside the wallet, which was eventually turned over to its owner, a Framingham man.

11:27 a.m. – Police responded to an anonymous complaint of several dogs in a Land Cruiser parked at the Papa Razzi on Elm Street. Officers cleared after learning the dogs were not in distress and the owner was leaving shortly.
12:32 p.m. – A Bedford woman walked into the station to complain about a grey Mazda that ran a Stop sign on Strawberry Hill Road earlier in the day.

1:21 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Old Malrboro Road and Cottage Street, Francis Anthony D’Ambrosio, III, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and a misdemeanor warrant from another department.
1:37 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Main and Walden streets, a Carlisle woman was summonsed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and making a prohibited U-turn.
2:06 p.m. – As a result of a motor stop in the area of Concord Turnpike and Sudbury Road, a Roslindale resident was summonsed for operating with a suspended license.
2:34 p.m. – A Middlesex Savings Bank employee walked into the station with a $20 bill found in the ATM room at the bank.
3:01 p.m. – The school transportation department called to complain about a landscaping truck on Wood Street making it a tight fit for buses to get by.
3:39 p.m. – A Lowell Road resident called to complain about a number of vehicles parked on Lowell Road, blocking the sidewalk near the Middlesex School.
3:58 p.m. – A Concord woman reported being cut off by a green van pulling out onto Thoreau Street, which then ran a red light heading toward the high school. Police left a message with the vehicle’s registered owner.
8:15 p.m. – A Revolutionary Road resident called 911 to report a loud banging sound outside the walls of her home.
9:37 p.m. – A Weston man came into the station to report his guitar and amp have been missing since mid-January, and might have been lost during a move to the town of Weston.
