Police Log: Noise Complaints and an OUI
The Concord police department supplied the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.
The following incidents were documented in the Concord Police logs.
Noisy Leafblowers
A caller told police at 6:07 a.m. on June 15 that a grounds crew at Concord-Carlisle High School was using leaf blowers and causing a disturbance. Police checked the area, but found no disturbance. Officers left a message with the high school to inform them of the complaint.

Driving Without a License
Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop near Chang An Restaurant at 10:48 a.m. on June 15. The driver, a 53-year-old Maynard man, was issued a summons for operating without a license, as well as failing to follow signs/signals.

OUI Liquor
After conducting a motor vehicle stop at on June 16 12:08 a.m. on Union Tpke., police arrested 51-year-old Sandra Connell of Acton for OUI liquor, a marked lanes violation and a state highway traffic violation.
Possible Car Racing
Police were called to the area of River at Prospect at 2:56 a.m. on June 16 after a report of a possible motor vehicle crash. The reporting party said that she heard screeching tires and that there was possible racing in the area.
After checking the scene, police did not find any vehicles, but did observe damage to a mailbox in Carlisle. Carlisle PD was called to the scene.
