Police Log: Out-of-Control Patients and Parking Complaints
The following information was provided by the Concord Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Thursday, Dec. 12
6:14 a.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop west of the rotary on Route 2, Steven C. Golden, of 1129 N Shore Road, Apt. 2A, Revere, was arrested on a default warrant out of Malden.
8:42 a.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Maple and Bradford streets, a Concord man was cited for speed and defective equipment.

9:59 a.m. – An email came in reporting a past traffic complaint involving a vehicle intermittently braking and stopping on Westford Road, near the Carlisle line.
12:46 p.m. – A parking complaint came in reporting an 18-wheeler parked across the street from Temple Kerem Shalom, which reportedly had been there since the previous night.

3:39 p.m. – Police responded to a reported motor vehicle accident on Commonwealth Avenue.
5:23 p.m. – Police responded to a call reporting a vehicle hit a deer on Elm Street. The responding officer checked the area, but was unable to locate the vehicle or the animal.
6:10 p.m. – An officer radioed in to report a double-parked vehicle in front of the Colonial Inn was causing a traffic issue in Monument Square.
6:21 p.m. – A 911 call reported a minor motor vehicle accident before the rotary on Commonwealth Avenue.
7:19 p.m. – A caller requested and officer check the area of Walnut and Chestnut streets to ensure emergency vehicles can pass through.
7:53 p.m. – An officer radioed in to report checking on a man on Main Street and Academy Lane. The man was transported to the depot, where he boarded a train.
8:46 p.m. – Police responded to a report of an out-of-control patient in the Emergency Room at Emerson Hospital.
9:13 p.m. – Police responded to an alarm activation on Bolton Street. It was confirmed as accidental by a house-sitter.
