Police Log: Stolen Liquor, Men Caught with Weed
The following information was provided by the Concord Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Thursday, Nov. 7
6:37 a.m. – An Old Marlboro Road resident called in a noise complaint reporting a disturbance caused by construction preparation at the site across from his home. The responding officer reported there were no trucks on the premises or work going on there.
10:43 a.m. – A manager from Crosby’s Marketplace reported one of the store’s checkout staff reported a white man in his 40s left the property and may have been under the influence of alcohol in a gray Ford SUV. Police checked the area, but were unable to locate the motor vehicle in question.

11:09 a.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop on Monument and Lang streets, two Fall River residents were cited for possession of a Class D substance.
2:21 p.m. – Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident at the Warner Woods apartments, where a Council on Aging driver reportedly backed into a vehicle parked there.

5:56 p.m. – Police responded to a report of possible larceny, in which liquor was allegedly taken from West Concord Wine and Spirits.
6:26 p.m. – A caller requested a well-being check on an older man walking down Harrington Avenue toward Route 62, looking for the train station. The responding officer reported the man was a Newbury Court resident, and transported him back home.
9:50 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a disabled motor vehicle in the area of Route 2 and Sudbury Road.
