Police Log: Suspicious People, Accidents, A Parking Complaint and More

The following information was provided by the Concord Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, Aug. 21

2:04 a.m. – A 911 call came in reporting a white male in a T-shirt and dark shorts was spotted on her property and fled down the street when she shone a light on him.

5:30 a.m. – Police responded to a report of spray-paint vandalism to the pavement and windows at the Club Car Café.

10:51 a.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Baker Avenue Extension and Route 2.

1:16 p.m. – A 911 call came in reporting a motor vehicle accident with injuries at Main Street and Edgewood Road. As a result, two people were transported to Emerson Hospital and one of them, a Malden woman, was cited for operating after her license was suspended/expired.

2:14 p.m. – A Main Street resident walked into the station to report fraudulent charges against his account.

6:29 p.m. – An Everett Gardens resident called to complain about another car parked in her spot.

9:53 p.m. – An Acton ambulance reported a vehicle rolled down a hill from the John Cummings half-circle, striking a guardrail on the Emerson Hospital grounds. There was no damage to the vehicle, and then the owner came out and moved it.
