Police Log: Suspicious Vehicles at Sleepy Hollow, Parking Complaints and More

Saturday, Jan. 18
12:51 a.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 2 and the Acton town line, a Leominster man received a verbal warning for a marked lanes violation.
12:59 a.m. – Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in which a vehicle had its tail lights on in the area of Concord Gas on Elm Street.

1:29 a.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 2 and Sudbury Road, an Acton man was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle after his license was suspended.
8:54 a.m. – Police responded to a report of a larceny on Blueberry Lane.

10:50 a.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident by Concord Country Club on Old Road to Nine Acre Corner.
10:59 a.m. – A Revolutionary Road resident reported receiving harassing phone calls from a telemarketer.
11:34 a.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Route 2 and Main Street.
12:10 p.m. – Police responded to a reported parking complaint about vehicles parked in the crosswalk on Walden Street. The responding officer reported no violations were observed.
12:51 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Heywood Street and Lexington Road.
2:16 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Main and Belknap streets. As a result, one vehicle was towed.
7:50 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Main Street and Old Road to Nine Acre Corner, a Waltham woman received a verbal warning for number plate violation.
Sunday, Jan. 19
1:43 a.m. – Police responded to reports of overnight parking violations on Thoreau Street.
3:04 a.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of the CMLP Headquarters on Elm Street, an Acton resident was cited for speeding.
4:25 a.m. – Police responded to a reported parking violation on Crest Street.
10:34 a.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 2 and Walden Street, a Chelsea resident received a citation for no inspection sticker.
4:17 p.m. – Police responded to an abandoned 911 call from Concord Health Care. It was confirmed as accidental.
6:48 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Emerson Umbrella on Stow Street, a Carlisle resident was cited for a Stop sign violation.
8:26 p.m. – Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
10:33 p.m. – As a result of a reported motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 2 and Sandy Pond Road, a Lincoln man was warned for misuse of a dealer plate.
