Police Log: Suspicious Vehicles, Traffic Violations and More

Friday, Nov. 29

2:18 a.m. – An officer radioed in to report suspicious vehicles parked behind the Fowler Branch library on Main Street in West Concord. The responding officer reported one vehicle there had its lights on, but there was no one in the area.

2:32 a.m. -- An officer radioed in to report checking on a vehicle with interior lights on on Bedford Street. It was apparent neglect. 

11:07 a.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop on Everett Street, a Waltham man was cited for operating a motor vehicle with suspended/revoked registration.

1:15 p.m. – A Harrington Avenue resident called to report a vehicle had been parked across from her house during overnight hours and she didn’t know the vehicle’s owner. The responding officer reported the vehicle in question was gone on arrival.

1:31 p.m. -- Police responded to an alarm activation at the Visitors Center on Main Street. It was confirmed as accidental by an employee. 

7:57 p.m. – An officer radioed in to report checking on two apparently disabled motor vehicles in the area of Route 2 and Walden Street. The responding officer reported one vehicle had a flat tire and the other motorist was assisting.
