Police Log: Thousands Reported Stolen, an Emergency at the ER
The following information was provided by the Concord Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Wednesday, Nov. 13
6:32 a.m. – Police responded to an alarm activation at a Sudbury Road business. The building checked secure.
8:58 a.m. – An abandoned 911 call came in from the Alcott School. On the callback, the office reported there were no emergencies.

1:21 p.m. – A passing motorist reported a stray chocolate Lab along the roadway at Main Street and Route 2 eastbound. The responding officers were unable to locate the dog.
2 p.m. – A Bedford Street resident came into the station to report a discarded rug was left at the corner of Garrison Road and Bedford Street. The DPW was advised.

2:36 p.m. – Police responded to a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Main Street and Orchard Road.
3:15 p.m. – Police responded to a panic alarm at Emerson Hospital, where ER staff reported a female patient was out of control. As a result, a Billerica woman was taken into protective custody.
3:29 p.m. – A Potter Street resident reported her black American Dingo dog was lost in Walden Woods around 2 p.m.
6:45 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a suspicious Jeep Wrangler at the end of Estabrook Road. The responding officer reported the motorist was there waiting for a friend.
8:39 p.m. – An Alford Circle resident reported having about $8,100 taken from his checking account.
9:44 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Sudbury and Heaths Bridge roads, a Lynn resident was cited for number plate violation to conceal ID< unregistered motor vehicle and no inspection sticker.
11:27 p.m. – Police responded to a report of an armed security guard allegedly smoking marijuana at the Nuclear Metals superfund site on Main Street in West Concord. A man at the scene was issued a verbal trespass order, and a firearm and license to carry were taken for safekeeping.
