Police Log: Traffic Complaints, Accidents and Accidental 911 Calls

Thursday, Jan. 16
12:11 a.m. – Officers investigated a reported power outage on Monument Street and found a motor vehicle struck a telephone pole in the area.
7:35 a.m. – Police responded to a reported traffic complaint in which a construction vehicle was causing an issue at the entrance to Concord-Carlisle High School on Walden Street.

10:03 a.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 2 and Sudbury Road, a Westford man was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle with his license suspended and number plate violation.
10:38 a.m. – A 911 hang-up came in from Concord Park Assisted Living. IT was confirmed as accidental by a resident trying to reach information.

11:04 a.m. –Police responded to a reported disabled motor vehicle in the area of Barretts Mill and Lowell roads.
12:21 p.m. – Police responded to a traffic complaint reporting vehicles not stopping for a school bus on Sudbury Road.
4:15 p.m. – A Main Street resident called to report her dog, a Black Lab, got loose.
7 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Simon Willard and Attawan roads, a Concord man received a civil citation for expired inspection sticker.
10:11 p.m. – Police responded to a Fairhaven Road resident’s 911 call reporting she thought she heard someone attempting to enter her home.
11:05 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Lowell and Hugh Cargill roads, a Carlisle woman received a verbal warning for defective equipment.
