The Concord Police Department supplied the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following incidents were documented in the Concord Police logs.

Security Check
Shortly after 10 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 12, an individual requested police assistance in checking and securing his parents' home on Main Street. The reporting party told police his parents had been out of town since the previous night, and when he arrived at their home that morning, he found the door ajar with the lights. Police searched the area and secured the home. The reporting party determined it may have been an issue with a contractor.

Stolen Credit Card
Just before 5 p.m. on Friday, police received a call from a Ministerial Drive resident, stating his credit had been taken and fraudulent charges assessed, presumably by his son. Police in Acton and Leominster were notified, and locations where the son was believed to be were checked and no one involved in the situation was located. Police continued to investigate.

Stolen Money
At approximately 8 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 13, police received a call from Department of Conservation and Recreation staff at Walden Pond, reporting the theft of nearly $400 from a purse left on a stone wall while the owner of the purse was on the beach. Police investigated.
