Voter Registration Deadlines

The schedule of deadlines leading up to the Special Town Meeting and Special Town Election.

The following information was issued by the town of Concord regarding the registration deadlines prior to Novembers Special Town Meeting and ballot question.

The Concord Board of Selectmen has scheduled two special events in November, both related to the proposal from the Regional School Committee and School Building Committee to construct a new regional high school. The will be held in Concord on Monday, Nov. 7. The Special Town Election will be held in Concord on Tuesday, Nov. 15.

The deadline for registering to vote for Concord’s Special Town Election is Wednesday, Oct. 26. The deadline for registering to vote for the Special Town Meeting is Friday, Oct. 28. Residents who are not currently registered to vote in Concord who wish to participate and vote at either of these events must be registered by the deadline. Residents may register to vote in person at the Town House on Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or by mail. The Clerk’s Office will be open until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 26, and Friday, Oct. 28 to provide voters with extra opportunities to register prior to the deadline.

Call the Concord Town Clerk’s Office at 978-318-3080 or townclerk@concordma.gov to receive a mail-in registration form. Mail-in registrations must be postmarked by the registration deadline.
