In anticipation of the snow storm expected to blanket the area with another 6 inches of the white stuff, Concord's public schools have cancelled all afternoon and evening activities.
That includes both the Concord Public Schools and Concord-Carlisle High School, according to the district website.
The decision to cancel activities was announced early Tuesday on the district's website and on social media.
Superintendent of Schools Diana Rigby (@Concord_Super) tweeted earlier today: "All afternoon and evening activities are cancelled due to the snowy conditions. No late buses."
