Holy Family Parish in Concord, Massachusetts, will be hosting noted theologian and speaker, Jason Evert speaking on Romance Without Regret, on Sunday, December 16 at 4:00 PM in Holy Family’s St. Bernard Church in Concord’s Monument Square.

Jason Evert is internationally recognized as a leading chastity speaker and teacher. His seventy-five minute presentation, “Romance Without Regret,” is an engaging, fast-paced mix of stories, humor, medical facts and spiritual inspiration rooted in our Catholic faith.

Jason earned a master's degree in theology, and undergraduate degrees in counseling and theology, with a minor in philosophy from Franciscan University of Steubenville. He is the author of six books, including If You Really Loved Me, Pure Manhood and Pure Love, and coauthor of the high school curriculum, Theology of the Body for Teens: Discovering God's Plan for Love and Life, all of which challenge young people to embrace the virtue of chastity. A series of short videos with Jason discussing sex, chastity, and relationships, “Conversations with Jason Evert,” is now a part of the Archdiocese’s 7th grade chastity curriculum.

With the blessing and encouragement of Cardinal Sean, the Archdiocese of Boston has sponsored Jason Evert events for students grades 7 through 12, since March 2005. To date and to rave reviews, Jason has spoken to over 35,000 teens, faculty and parents within the Catholic schools and parishes of the Archdiocese. Many have called his presentation “life-changing.” To listen to a version of Jason’s presentation go to his web site, pureloveclub.com.

Because of an anticipated large crowd, this event will be held in Holy Family Parish Church [Saint Bernard’s]. Be sure to come early to insure a good seat. While there is no charge for this event, a free will offering to defray costs will be gratefully received.
