LETTER: Rainey is Who Concord Needs for School Committee
Annursnac Hill Road resident Dave Lebling writes in favor of Cynthia Rainey for Concord School Committee.
To the Editor,
Cynthia Rainey has the analytical and research skills, the thoughtful temperament and the determined passion to be an extremely effective School Committee member.
Moreover, she attended most of the School Committee and High School Building Committee meetings during the past year so she knows the issues and the committee and administration members. She has a deep understanding of how the School Committee works and insight into how to improve their decision-making process. She would work to improve communication among SC members, between the SC and the school administration and between the School Committee and with the community. She would facilitate thoughtful deliberations among committee members. She would strive for transparency in School Committee decisions and actions. She would communicate the decisions and the reasons for the decisions to the community.
