A Holiday Calendar of Events in Concord
A guide to shopping and celebrating local this holiday season, with calendars from Concord's Chamber of Commerce.
Shopping locally can share the holiday cheer among those giving, receiving and selling gifts.
And this year, it's easier than ever thanks to the Chamber of Commerce's "Celebrate the Holidays in Concord" calendar of events and "The Gift of Concord" certificate program sponsored by Cambridge Trust Company. And these two initiatives follow the annual Early Bird Sale held this past Saturday in West Concord.
Dozens of local businesses are participating in the "Gift of Concord" program. And the Chamber's calendar features events from now through early January, including Family Trees at the Concord Museum to assorted holiday concerts to the Dec. 12 Holiday Shopping Night.
