The Boston Red Sox have given fans lots of memorable moments on the the road to their 8th World Series championship, clinched at Fenway Park Wednesday — the first time the Sox finished a World Series in Boston since 1918, kicking off an historic celebration in the streets of Boston, in the bars of Rhode Island and throughout Red Sox nation.

But of all the big hits, diving catches and disappearing split-finger fastballs, there's always one seminal moment that stands out for every fan. What will you be telling your grandkids about the Red Sox' great, unexpected run to the 2013 World Series championship?
