Your Guide: LACS Artisans Market Is Open Through the Weekend

In the market for new art? Plenty of possibilities just a short drive away.

This weekend marks your last chance to drop by the Lexington Arts and Crafts Society’s ninth annual Summer Artisans Market, a weeks-long exhibit and sale that will continue through this Sunday, Aug. 11.

The market features original arts and crafts created by members of the LACS guilds, including ceramics, paintings, polymer-clay and beading, decorative arts, photography, woodworks, metal arts, fine jewelry, cards and prints.

“It’s a great chance to shop locally and select from hundreds of unique creations by local artists,” says an event description. “The items change weekly, so there is always something new to see.”
