Not sure how well their service is for regular shoes, but for tall boot repair (horseback riding) they charge double what other cobbler's charge and take twice as long to get the boot back. I was getting a zipper replaced, a pretty common thing for us horseback riders.
Having said that, they seemed to have a lot of really nice shoes/sandals/boots for fashion. It seems as though they fit that niche much better than tall boot repair.
I think they're awesome! They really know their business and provide superlative service. Much better than any other establishment in the area, especially after the original owner of the Village Cobbler in Lexington sold that business.
