Locally owned and operated by Stephanie Shepard and Jane Grady, Hatch is a fresh redesign of the former Gatehouse. The shop features modern products for the home, along with unique clothing for women and children, bags, accessories and gifts.
Hatch carries a number of classic Scandinavian lines including glass from Iittala, felted wool trivets and placemats from Verso, and Marimekko fabric and home items. Clothing collections are international with labels from Italy, Spain, England, France, the U.S. and elsewhere. In addition, the store has a growing number of contemporary furniture, rug and lighting lines which customers can special order. Thank you for your article on the Hatch store in downtown Concord. A great store! However, I would like to correct someting on the article: the Marimekko and Iittala collections originate in Finland not in Sweden.
