We were living happily in Acton when a job offer in another state presented itself and we needed to move fast. We met with two realtors/groups and chose Zur Attias. Zur immediately went to work at the toughest time of the year to sell a home...between Thanksgiving and Christmas. He painstakingly analyzed the market and spent 3 hours sharing that information with us after normal work hours. When he was done presenting, we all wrote a number on paper and were within 5k of each other. With agreement on the listing price, he went to work marketing the house. This included a fabulous "This Old House" style of video on You Tube that really brought out the unique features of our home. He is tireless when it comes to soliciting and negotiating offers and was working three simultaneous offers for us right after Thanksgiving. He was personally present at most showings and always took the time to explain things to us and answer our questions. In addition, the office staff, including Transaction Manager, Barbara Low, ensure that everything runs smoothly for the closing.
