LETTER: Braceras Backs Snook for School Committee
Old Pickard Road resident Jennifer Braceras writes in support of Kathleen Snook, one of four candidates for two seats on the School Committee.
To the Editor, I have never before written a letter to the Concord Journal [or Concord Patch], but I do so today to lend my unconditional support to Kathleen Snook for School Committee. As a soldier, educator, and mother of five, Kathi Snook brings a unique perspective to this race. Kathi is a Colonel in the United States Army, having graduated from West Point in the first class to include women. She holds an M.A. in Applied Mathematics and a Ph.D in Curriculum & Teaching from Boston University. She taught Mathematics at West Point for more than 10 years, and has worked as an education consultant and as math tutor at Concord-Carlisle High School.
