Concord Residents to Help Mass Dems Draft 2013 Platform
Former state Senate candidates Joe Kearns Goodwin and Mara Dolan join the Platform Drafting Committee, to be chaired by Newton Mayor Setti Warren.
As the Massachusetts Democratic Committee works to put together its 2013 Platform, local communities will be well-represented on the party's Platform Drafting Committee. After launching bids for the state Senate earlier this year, Concord residents Joe Kearns Goodwin and Mara Dolan were named last week as members of the Platform Drafting Committee, according to a press release issued last week by the Mass. Democratic Committee. Goodwin will focus on healthcare and human services, while Dolan will focus on revenue and expenditures.
