Concord Housing Development Corporation Accepting Small Grant Program Applications: The CHDC is now accepting applications for the first round of its Small Grant Program, designed to provide assistance to Concord residents to make repairs and alterations to their homes for safety and health reasons. Applications should be submitted by Thursday, Jan. 31 for consideration in this funding round and may be dropped off at the Planning Division offices on 141 Keyes Road. 2.
